According to an online Harris Poll of over 1,000 U.S. adults conducted this March, 40 percent of drivers are frustrated with their vehicle's range, and the majority of Americans believe the longest range on a plug-in hybrid vehicle is less than 300 miles.

If you had to guess how far a Ford plug-in hybrid could drive on a single tank of gas and a single battery charge, what would you answer?

The current 2016 Ford Fusion Energi has a 550-mile range, and the updated 2017 Fusion Energi has an EPA-estimated 610-mile combined range!

Ford was the top-seller of plug-in hybrids in 2015, and is poised to take the title again this year with the 2017 Fusion Energi, which has the longest range of any plug-in hybrid sold in the U.S. The company's electrified offerings will only continue to grow in the future, with a $4.5 billion investment to add 13 new electric, hybrid, and plug-in nameplates to the lineup by the decade's end.
